Our Main Dining

Rental Information:

We have two spaces available for renting: the Tea Room which seats 10-14 and rents for $150.00...and the Main Dining which seats up to 35 and rents for $300.00.  Rental is for 2 hours and includes 30 minutes for setup and cleanup for a total of 2-1/2 hours.

Please come by and look at the space.  It is possible to rent both of our rooms for the tea service and to then congregate in the Main Dining for any activities you may have planned.

Rental is usually available anytime on Sundays and after 3 pm on Saturdays. 

Food and Beverage Service

We offer tea services, per person:  

Full Tea - pot of your choice of tea, 3 savory tea sandwiches, mini vanilla and mini cheddar Parmesan scone with clotted cream and jam, and 3 mini desserts...$18.00 per person.

Light Tea - pot of your choice of tea, mini vanilla and mini cheddar Parmesan scone with clotted cream and jam, and 3 mini desserts..$14.00 per person.

Cream Tea - pot of your choice of tea and large vanilla scone with clotted cream and jam...$9.00 per person.

We offer a gluten-free option which adds $4.00 to the full tea price and $2.00 to each of the Light and Cream Tea prices.

We do offer other beverage selections if hot tea is not preferred.

We can also offer an abbreviated selection from our menu.

We do not allow personal food, beverages, or alcohol per ABC regulations

Payment Information:

We require rental payment 7 days prior to the event.  

Any cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the event, as that is when we begin buying and prep.

A service fee of 18% will be added to any parties of 6 or more.  The service fee is not applied to the rental cost.
